“We hope Kiln will be a place where this vibrant community pursues their personal and professional passions.”

Salt Lake City, UT – June 1, 2020 – After a successful launch in the Utah market, flex-office and coworking brand, Kiln, is expanding its presence in the western United States with a new location in Boulder, Colorado. Located on iconic Pearl Street, the 22,000 square foot space has been carefully crafted to support the ever-changing needs of Boulder’s growing businesses and professionals. Kiln aims to provide an optimal working environment for the city’s influx of start-ups and entrepreneurs alike that inspires, connects, and accelerates growth.

Boulder’s innovative business culture was a critical component in Kiln’s decision to expand to the city, not to mention the community’s commitment to wellness and sustainability.

“As we searched for places to expand, Boulder was at the top of our list. Not only is it a hotbed for the tech industry, but the community is bursting with passion. Everyone in Boulder is passionate about where they live, what they do, and the broader Colorado lifestyle. We hope Kiln will be a place where this vibrant community pursues their personal and professional passions,” said Andrew Redpath, COO of Kiln.

Though Kiln is a new brand, its founding team has over fifteen years of experience building and operating flex office and coworking spaces on a global scale. Kiln focuses on enabling both personal and professional growth, as noted in the deliberate design components of their build-outs. Every aspect of Kiln workspaces are intentional, from the location to the layout, to custom-built furniture, in addition to various amenities inclusive of local and food and beverage offerings.

“When we were designing our new location in Boulder, we wanted to stay true to Colorado’s unique lifestyle. Our team kept this perspective throughout the design process and now as we start curating members,” said Arian Lewis, CEO of Kiln. “Altogether, the completed workspace will protect, support, and emulate all that the Boulder community offers.”
